hi you know the ps3 i know it will have online play but do i havt to go out and but a adaptor for it like the ps2 1 or use the ps2 1 in the ps3 or is it some how built in please some 1 help.

This mean that there will not be a playstation equivelent to xbox live. Some games will have online multiplayer however it will not be as well structured and coordinated as xbox live with as much content because game makers have to set up their own online functions. Many game makers will not bother with online because it is a lot of extra work, while if they had a live function like xbox the work load would be cut in half. It also mean no gamertags like we have seen for the 360, any that arise will be much more primitive.

We're all going to have to have bullshit fast connections to play PS3 online too.
