No its most definalty not impossible to get unbanned. But first we need to knoe what kind of bann u are talking about. XBL? or MM? If u are banned from matchmaking it is only ur gamertag that is banned. If they bann your ip you can try using a HUB to cahnge your ip adress coming from your xbox but i do not that that it works. I have heard otherways to change your IP adress but am not sure how. As for a perment XBL bann u are in the same boat i am in. In order for you to get unbanned you must first install a new HD whether or not its another XB hd or just another regular old HD. If u have a mod chip (xecuter 3ce) then the chip can reformat the drive to make it a valid xbox HD. Anyways you will then need get a new EEPROM. And for those who don't know an EEPROM is like a finger print for your xbox it contains information about ur xbox like version, manufacturing date, manfacturing location, serial numbers of the hardware in the box etc. It is in the form of a .bin file. You will need to aquire a .bin eeprom file somewhere. I know there are offers online some where I will let you know if i see any. anyways u must reflash the box with the new eeprom and install the new HD and a new gamertag just to be safe. And if u want to go all the way change ur box's ip adress. Thats the most fullprof method.
