For some reason, every time I burn a cd, the software locks up with 6 seconds left in the closing process. This truly annoying. Can anyone shed some light on how to fix this problem? Yes, I know Adaptec support blows and I tried to install Nero, but it won't work with Adaptec drivers installed and I don't know how to delete the drivers after uninstalling Adaptec. Thanks!
I would definitely uninstall EZCD. I have found a nice guide, browsing on Yahoo! http://www.plextor.com/english/support/faqs/How_To/Uninstall_Install_ezcd_Basic.html you can use some parts of it depending on your needs.. (please note that you follow this at your own risk and I DO NOT guarantee it will work without screwing up your computer...)
