    Look like there is a problem w/ the media you are using. What is the blank media used. D/L DVDinfo Pro (free) abd it will tell you who the real manuf of the disk is.

    @boogerfac

    I highly recommend using the Mode, File F to rip/decrypt to your hard drive - it's more safer and more likely to have a successfully ripped. Please check the following "settings" on your DVD Decrypter:

    at CSS
    [tick or check] on Brute Force --> I/O key exchange
    On Failure: use key from another file: Yes?

    at I/O
    [tick or check] on Ignore read errors

    at General
    [tick or check] on Remove Macrovision Protection
    at Removal Method: Aggressive

    at "ISO Read Mode" and "File Mode"
    [tick or check] on all of the Remove Protections

    Now try it again with another high quality media such as Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim (id code: MCC003 & MCC004 only), Maxell and Ritek. Hopefully, this time you'll have a successful ripped.

    By the way, I believe you don't have a completed log. Below is an example of mine from a successfully ripped (I'm using Mode, File F method).

    No problem... Maxell is top notch media, it's in the same class as the famous Taiyo Yuden and Verbatim.

    Now that you've learned the difference between crap media and high quality media, I assume that you'll stop buying them crap media in the future and keep in mind to always backup at 4X only.
