hi... - EDIT OUT your serial numbers - is the burner external, ie USB or similar ? - oh dear, looks like your biggest problem is cra media, what discs are those you're using ?. in fact, let's see exactly which disc you have there, download dvd identifier (free) - http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_tools/dvd_identifier.cfm and use it to 'identify' one of those discs, pasting the results here - get rid of Nero's InCD (packet writing software). uninstall Nero, uninstall completely via Nero's Clean Tools, then reinstall Nero WITHOUT installing Incd..
