Hi, i've analysed your logfile............. - EDIT OUT your serial number - firmware is up to date.. - 512MB is sufficient but you gotta free up more memory prior to all dvd work - 4465MB is too close to outer edge of discs; set target size in DVD Shrink to 4300MB, thus avoiding outer edge of discs and not sacrificing much space - splat!, hopefully the other suggestions will get you burning again - most people recommend 4x max for movies, slow it down - InCD is Nero's horrid 'packet writing' software. uninstall Nero, uninstall completely via Nero's Clean Tools, reinstall Nero WITHOUT installing InCD.. Also, your ATAPI drivers aren't listed in this paragraph so they're probably not loaded correctly. fix via this - http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/FAQ.htm
