hi guy's i've read through and figgured how to use an image file and burn a game now i don't know how to create that image file if i need to that is can someone plese tell i've got neuro and clonecd thanks
Nero is not good for images of protected CDs. BTW, the option in this case is 'Copy CD'. You have to choose the Image Recorder (CTRL+R or Recrder---> Choose Recorder) BEFORE choosing 'Copy CD'. For CloneCD there is a guide in the thread http://www.d-tools.de/clonecd.htm at Daemons Tools site. It is for version 3, but the settings should be similar also for Clone4. If you're in trouble, Alcohol has a very good 'create image' wizard tool. Remmeber: first, you have to identify which protection is used (90% will be safedisc2, but you might want to check it anyway). Read a good page on Daemon Tools site to do that http://www.d-tools.de/protection.htm A general hint: do not do anything on the PC during image extraction. You risk creating bad (corrupted) images.
