Have a look at this firmware update for the NEC drive. http://support.necsam.com/optical/downloads//flashfirmware/ Then check Nero website for an update. Also 23mb free memory on this machine doesn't leave much leeway for burning. You can shut down unneeded processes using Task Manager.
