I used DVD X Copy Express for years with virtually no problems. There were a few times that I would have to copy "feature film" only because I would get an error message when I tried to copy the complete disc. With the hopes that I could improve this situation I installed 123Copy. What I found was that those movies that would give me an "error" message with XCopy would COMPLETELY shut down my computer with 123Copy. I have experienced the same "COMPLET SHUT-DOWNS" with Shrink and Decrypter, and now XCopy generally Shuts Down the computer instead of giving me an error message. I have repeatedly uninstalled 123Copy, Shrink, and Decrypter, and have restored by Computer to earlier stages. I am somewhat at a loss. I would appreciate ANY suggestions. Thanks, JimQ
