So I recorded the USC-Notre Dame game on 10/15. Turns out the game was so good, some friends want copies. I use Roxio EZ DVD Creator to make copies of non-copyrighted material.

Guess what...I can't burn copies. I can only play the DVD-RAM original on the Panasomic I recorded it on. My other DVD player and my NEC burner don't seem to recognize the DVD-RAM at all. They can find the dsik in the drive.

    Any suggestions???
    Thanks

DVD-RAM is an oddball format and not every drive can read it. You'll need to find someone with a DVD drive that read it. Otherwise you could capture the video to your hard drive from the video-out of your recorder as you play the DVD-RAM using one of any number of video capture devices and cards on the market and then go from there.

Thanks. Guess I'll be better off using RW disks for video I may not want to keep.
