Does the Gamecube streaming work with PSO3?

You know, where you use Phoenix in order to pirate the Hunter's Liscence and stream Gamecube images with a crossover cable. Will it still work with PSO3 instead of 1&2?

 

I think sega fixed that exploit

 

I've heard of loaders that work with Ep. 3, I'll be damned if I can name 'em though XD

 

From what i've seen, they fixed the exploit
