I would like to build a HTPC and have come up with these components and would like some idea if it looks like a good setup. I don't want to do any gaming with this unit---strickly for home theater.
Here is a list of the stuff:

Biostar IDeQ 200T Small Form Factor PC
    Intel Celeron 2.4GHZ-Bus 400 MHz
Kingston 1GB PC3200 DDR DIMM Memory
    Kingston - KVR400X64C3AK21G
    ASUS Silver IDE DVD-ROM Drive Cache: 512K CD-ROM: 48X DVD-ROM: 16X
Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 SATA NCQ 120GB Hard Drive
ATI RADEON X300 SE Video Card, 128MB DDR, 64-Bit, DVI/TV-Out, PCI Express
    Pinnacle Systems Pinnacle MediaCenter 100i

Everything looks great, except for your capture/tuner device.
What OS are you going to run?
