Under the 'read options' tab, I used to be able to tick 'use jitter correction' but now it's greyed out. Anyone knows how I can get it to work again?

Speaking of which, what are the recommended read options when copying an audio CD?

I personally would UNCHECK Read Audio+subchannel and Read media/ISRC because it slows the process and these options are not at all useful. Jitter correction depends on the compatibility with the CD unit , I suppose..

Actually I would NOT use Nero for audio extraction. Better EAC.

But why don't you go to the Audio forum? Those guys are more experienced then us..

    Recommended options for audio ripping:
    1) Shut down Nero
    2) Install EAC based on this http://cd-rw.org/articles/archive/mydeneaclame.cfm
    3) Use EAC for ripping
    4) Go to the audio forum room if there are additional questions. They are already answered.

I'm in agreement with cd-rw.org on this issue unless you own a Plextor, then use Plex Tools without a doubt. Here's an intersting program I found that is worth taking a good look at.
