I bought a S.E. T637 on AT&T about a year and a half ago. Since that time, i've migrated my account to Cingular and my T637 AT&T phone will not work on the new network. What I want to know is: What is the best way to get this phone unlocked/re-branded? Is the best solution to buy a datacable and software and do it myself? I don't want to do the whole "buy a data cable and a one time credit for using this software" crap. I want something good and solid and permanent. Something I can with which I can go in and play with the phone if I wish. I also want to be able to "flash" it with the latest software version I can get (so i'll want something that can do all this). If nothing of that sort exists, please advise. Should I send it off and where is a reputable place to send it off to? There are so many places and they all, frankly, look like trash heaps. I'm not interested in sending my phone off to a forum member here either... Please don't give me that sort of offer. I live in the DFW, Texas area, so if anyone knows of a place that I can bring the phone near arlington, that would be great. Thanks for any help yall can give me.
We have software available for unlocking the sony ericsson T637. As you already stated; you'll need a datacable, or you need to send it away. We at http://prounlock.r8.org have software for you so you can unlock your phone, and about any other Sony Ericsson in the T-series yourself, anytime, and any quantity of phones.
