Problem with CommView

When I run CommView, and I start up the internet, My computer shuts down, and it says it has something to do with a Device Driver. Anyone know what I can do and what is going on?

Yeah. Yenz are probably thinking why I am saing this because me name is "IModHalo2", but I mod it for fun. Not cheating like 360* auto aim, or fully automatic weapons. I play mods like flying Warthogs, Turrents, Projectiles swaps, etc.
