Let me give you all my situation. Please be kind for I am a newbie here with limited / basic pc knowledge. I just started a small business and will need to back up my DvD's. I need to copy about 15-30 per day if possible. I will also want to get a thermal printer to print directly on my DvD's. I guess my budget for this is up to $1,500. Please give me all your ideas and share your knowledge on where to shop, what exactly to look for, etc...... I have found the site www.rima.com only from reading on this forum board tonight. Are those DvD duplicators any good? Is that a good brand? http://www.rima.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=R&Category_Code=DP Thanks to all of you ddk25
Hi there, He's gonna sell his PornDVD collection on Ebay I think those duplicator will copy NON Protected DVD media. If you are going to copy commercial movies, I have a feeling these won't work, unless you make an unprotected Master DVD then copy that unprotected disk. And it's illegal Several companies offer services to transfer your VHS to DVD and sometimes needs more than 1 copy. Or they are filming private shows and offering their product on DVD. My son did a big dance show, and the show was available on DVD. The guy had to do like 60 copies, so here's a valid reason to own one of those
I'm with kyle_101. Pirate Alert. Jumped on cougar_ii's porn/ebay suggestion. Golly, gee, "...I can't get anything past you all". As if even that is not piracy. Don't believe it for a second. His first post ever at AD. We have Standards at AD do we not? No help from me. Disregards, Whisperer
well as you should know copying dvd's is illegal but copying unprotected dvd that you make with your cam corder is not. If you are going to copy dvd's that are copt righted then you should know this don't get caught! first you will need a dvd dycrypter like any dvd to overide the protection second you need a dvd copy ware like I copy dvd to burn an unprotected master copy and third you need your duplicator to read this master then copy it to say 3 dvd'a at a time. now remember I don't condone copying dvd's unless it's for my own personal use and I alway own the original so that I have the right to back it up. If you are going to sell copies of this dvd you better make sure that you don't break the law!
I think he's going to mass copy his home movies for those poor people out there who don't have their own to show you every holiday of the whole damn family that we all like to sit through and go ain't they cut. JMO
abg99, Welcome to the forum. I looked at it and found it OK but not worth the $$ they wanted. There is freeware that will do what that program does. Below is a guide w/ the links( I think) on how to copy a DVD using freeware: http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/backup with DVDFABDecrypter,Shrink,&Decrypter.pdf
