error message when trying to copy cd

    Every time I try to copy a cd the following error message pops up: server threw an exception. It will play the cd I am trying to copy in the cd player on the computer but when I go into create a cd it won't read that there is a disk in either of the drives. please help!!!!!!

    What program did you try to copy? Is it copy-protected (ClonyXXL will tell you if you don't know)?

    I was using adaptec cd creator 4. I have already burnt one copy of this cd and it's doing this to all cd's that I try and copy/burn

    I don't really have an idea what the reason could be as I only use EAC for copying audio CDs. It could be a problem with ASPI. You might want to do a forum search to find out more.
