i am using nero 6.6.0.16 with all current updates installed. i have tried to convert multiple file types and create a dvd in nero vision 3. everytime, it seems to hang about halfway through for no apparent reason. i have read everything, installed the dvd plug-ins and still no luck. i also installed the SMGpatch on the nero site. i am going insane trying to fix this issue.
You may also try use another program (e.g. VSO) for encoding, then burn with Nero Recode: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/vso_divxtodvd_free.cfm Good luck!
I am going through the same exact problem have done the plug-ins the SMGpatch I can say that I too am going insane myself trying to get this program working. I cannot save a Log file since I have to shut down the program manually because it hangs forever and the thing is that previous Nero Vision Express worked just fine was able to Burn without any problems ..................so what could be the deal with Nero Vision 3?
