Hi, Today I got a Nero Ultra 7 from Bestbuy and started the installation. After I click, install 'Nero 7' button, I get the error message "Installer Database cannot be opened. Error Success" and the drive goes for a spin. I tried the installation from a USB 2 Sony DVD drive and I get the same error and that drive too is constantly spinning and after 25 min of nothing happening, I had to abort the install. Has anybody else experienced this type of error? How do you over come? I cannot believe that a program cannot even start an installation and fails miserably. Shame on Ahead!
