burn VOB files

I have 4 vob files which is one movie and I don't know how to burn them onto a dvd. If somebody could help me out!

Are those the only files you have? you should have an ifo as well, and maybe some bups, but if you don't, you're going to have to make some in order to get a workable DVD.

I'd suggest following this guide if you only have those four files:

If you have more, open them up in DVDShrink and see if they're any good. If they're, you can burn/create the DVD from there.

I did but it only shows what to do with vob files, and i have iso and bup files also.

.iso files are image files and ther should be a .mds file there. .bup are backup files of the ifo files. You need Vobedit and ifoedit. The software and the guides are at the top. After you have tried to convert the files and you have specific questions please list the questions in a new thread. Specify what you have done so far and where you are confused

 

the only files are vob, bup, and ifo, not iso, i'm sorry. I used dvdshrink and it seemed to work. It says nero is needed to burn it onto dvd, but is there something free i can use?

 

You can use DVDDecrypter to burn but you have to have Shrink make the files into and.iso image
