windows media player

I was wondering if someone could help me out on this. Windows media player used to display album and song title...now it doesnt anymore. I click find album info and it does come up with the correct info. Then it says finish to update library and I click it. But it doesnt refresh the windows media....it just stays on unknown album and unknow song. Anyone have any ideas? Would I have to configure a port in the router or something? It used to do it all the time as soon as I put the disc in the rom, but nopw nothing. :>
