Nero could not read the data from the original DVD you had in the reader..

    issues:

You need to remove InCD from your PC. Use this Nero tool:
    http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/en/InCD_CleanTool.html

This could be the cause of your problem. Also it is a known fact that some drives, especially DVD burners, do not read burned copys very well. Sometimes it works to start the DVD you want to copy with a media player. Once the movie begins you can let it play for a few moments, pause it and then open your DVD software. Something to try.

DMA is off on your hard drive. You should enable it in your device manager. Here's a guide I made:

    http://www.dvdplusvideo.com/dvdguide005.html

Your Lite-on firmware is a bit out of date, find new firmware (KSOB) here:
    http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_result.php?kaj=1&isces

Your firmware is only one version behind. (KSOA)

And update your Nero, I've actually never seen alog with Nero as old as yours, exept Saugmon but he said it's working better for him, but the consensus is to update.

What kind of disc has that much space?

I jsut read your post, sry read it too fast.

    Hehe...Looking again at those sizes....

Last possible write address on media: 2147483646 (477218:35.21, [bold]4194303MB[/bold])

That's four million, one hundred ninety-four thousand, three hundred and three megabytes...right?
if you divide that by 1024 you get about 4096 GB which is about 4 TB!!

So there should be plenty of room for your video ;)

You should definitely update your Nero:

    http://nero.com/nero6/enu/nero-up.php

    Get package 1 & package 2 only.

In addition to the above members had mentioned, I'll just add 2 more below.

You should choose your Lite-On SOHW 1693S burner instead of the Image Recorder. Here is the beginning of your log: Recorder: <LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW-1693S>Version: KS0A -- right before you're going to burn, click on "Options" on the right of Image Recoder and Lite-On burner, then choose your Lite-On.

You really need to dump that Roxio application. It won't do any good to you, especially with Nero installed on your system. It conflicts with Nero all the times, and thus, it's turning all your burnings into "coasters". Go here http://www.downloadjunction.com/product/store/15199 and get Roxio Zapper to completely wipe it out from your system.
