songs wont upload (hard drive issue?)

    i believe my songs wont upload because my external hard drive is acting up..... how ever i cant format my external hard drive because windows wont read it... my hard drive is making a clicking noise also.... is there any way i can wipe out my external hard drive?

    Hey i think that ya drive inside has stuffed up because it should'nt make noises like that, can you Access it?
