Strange Flicker from converted Movies..?

    Hey, I've been dowloading some DVD's lately and have run into a relatively common problem. Ever so often the burnt DVD's will be skippy & squareish during playback (if that makes any sense..)
    Any input on how to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
