digital boxes?????

    hey guys iam new to all of this i just burn my first movie yeahhhh but i have a ? as iam watching the movie theses boxes flash in and out there digital and its does it once in a while sometimes i dont see them just wondering if i did something wrong when i burn it thanks in advance

    This can be caused by the poor quality of media being used or by burning at too fast a speed. What brand media are you using?

    iam using nero it burn threw shrink because i had to put the files together first
