Hello I have bought a new HP Pavillon PC with GeForce 6600 and Asus TV7134. I wanted to transfer old video tapes to PC. I connected the PC to a video recorder and using Windows movie maker i can hear and see the film. But when i start the capture with the ASUS TV 7134 i can wll capture the pictures but the sound is not saved, because I do not hear anything when starting the captured file. Also changing some items in the configuration does not help. I think that the problem is linked to the ASUS TV 7134 because i don't have this problem when I capture a movie from my DCR. Do you have some tips?
Run a line from the audio out of the recorder to the line in port of the computer's sound card, and select line in as the audio source in your recording software.
