How to encode a Video_TS folder from a wmv video rip and an ac3 or wav audio rip?

I have Prassi DVD and MyDVD 3.0....MyDVD can use the M2V but it lacks 16:9 widescreen support...so it makes everything skinny by squeezing to 4:3 aspect.

Prassi just wants a video_ts dir. stuffed with the VOB's etc....so i want to make that .

I need to do this to try to fit oversize movies back onto a DVD-R after doing the rip & rempeg route.
Any ideas folks?

WMV? Huh... Extension ASF, I assume? Try to re-encode the clip with TMPGEnc's DVD template.
