I made a successful burn of a video clip finally and then when I put it in my dvd player it says "codec not supported". What do I do about that?

    Thank you

What is the format of the original video clip (e.g. avi, mpeg), and how did you convert it into dvd?

I don't know about the Avi or mpeg. I just looked on Google and found Download Studio and it looked legitimate. I had been told by the "Geek Squad" at the chain electronic store that there were ways but some not legal. So I worried about this site. But it seemed like any other download. I hope it is okay. Anyway it worked or somewhat worked.
