High Definition xbox menus

    can someone help me i got a samsung hdtv then got some HD cables for my xbox but i still see no HD menus in the video settings just widescreen and Pal 60, i'm connected to live but have not received an updatefor anything.
    can someone help please

    Did you get the actual HD AV pack? You go into MSDASH>Settings>Video

    Then you will have options for Widescreen, Normal, Letterbox

    and options to turn on/off all the HD resolutions your tv supports. Don't know about PAL but NTSC has

    480p
    720p
    1080i
    You just turn on the all the res that your TV supports.

    yea i got the official pack ive turned my box to ntsc and all seems to work now thanks
