PS> a freeware program would be the best but if not of course others work as well...
AFAIK the only way to record streaming video is using a video screen capture utility like Camtasia Studio. It includes any sound generated by your system. For ripping CD's to mp3 or wma you need aother software. There are literaly hundreds of programs for that. Google the web for "freeware CD ripping" and you will come acrsoos sites like this: http://www.snapfiles.com/freeware/gmm/fwcdrip.html
thank you for the info... i did some research before posting here...i just did not know if there was one program that would do all of that together...and/or which one is a GOOD one to have/buy... i found capturewiz pro but i thought the streaming videos capture were a little crappie... i will look at that link you sent me... thank you... carapalid
Oh yeah, forgot to mention there is also a freeware utility that captures the screen into movie files: http://www.camstudio.org/ The only issue that you will encouter with utilities like that is that it takes a lot of system resources playing a video file and at the same time recording it.
