    Hello,

Can someone tell me the best option to burn 12 or so episodes, each episode being around 350Mb, onto a single 4.7Gb DVD+R disc so that i can play the disc on a standalone DivX supported DVD Player.

Should i use Nero 6 to burn it as an iso?? I've read that but not too sure if that would work? Or how i would do such a thing.

What i would have normally done in the past would have been to burn 12 or so episodes, depending on how big each file was, as data on a DVD+R disc, but they wont play on my standalone DVD player. The file list comes up but i cannot play the files on the DVD player, it just says there is an erorr.

Essentially, Whats the best way for doing this?

I would appreciate all valid suggestions, that have been tried and tested and works...

Thanks in advance for any replies.

    Hi there,

If you wish to convert those files into DVD format, you can use...

    VSO DivxToDVD v1.99 Pre-Release will:

    - Convert all your internet movies (.AVI / .MPG etc..) to DVD Format

    - Add subtitles (using .srt files / More formats to come in future releases)

    - Add chapters to each files

    - Create a menu (Menu entry for each file, based on the filename, for now)

    - Burn your DVD creation to media, with it's own built in burn engine

Burn them all in the root, as a DATA DVD.

Seems that every DVD Player are different.

Maybe you are limited to 1 directory deep, and strict naming conversion.

Read you manual, sometimes the answer is in there !

well, thanks for the advice...i will defintely try to burn it on one directory, what i did the last time i burnt a season onto DVD was, to create multiple directory's.

Im going to give that a go, see if thats works...Is that what you did in the past to solve a problem such as mine.

    Hi there,

I do not have a Divx DVD Player, but it does play MP3 songs.

I will only read 1 directory deep

    ..Root
    ---- Rock
    ---- Disco
    ---- Mix

Further than that, it will NOT recognise the directory.
I am limited to 999 files.

Father in law, his has a limit of 650 files.

So read your manual, and see if they explain the limitations of that specific player.
