i have a GBA and SEGA emualtor on my PSP and both dont start becuse they come up with a message saying that the game data is coruppted . i think this is becuse i have no roms how can i get them ?

Homebrew applications will not work of you are running any firmware higher than 1.5. If you have 2.0 firmware then you can downgrade it to 1.5, but you're running 2.01 and right now there is no way possible to downgrade it. Sorry to put it this way, but you're basically screwed when it comes to homebrew.

oh thats real rubbish becuse i have spent so much money on it and its turning out to be a peice of trash. apart from home brew , what else can i do with this darn thing, nothing?
and can i just use V2 downgrader for my V2.01? if not , is somone making one for my type of PSP?

There may be a downgrader for higher firmware version eventually, or someone might even figure out how to break all versions for firmware. There is even a mod chip that is supposed to be released publically later this month. The PSP is still a great device. You can still play whatever games are released, watch movies, browse the web, and listen to music.
