How do i prevent overheating??

    I want to upgrade to a 250gb hard drive What precautionary steps should i take to avoid overheating and what do you recommend i buy?? thanks

    if you have unleshX you can turn your fan speed up that might help

    The fan speed i control with the bios but im talking about heatsinks
    and/or upgrading fan. but thnx anywayz
