I've been trying to copy the movie sideways and keep having problems. I'am using shrink,nero and anydvd. The problem I'am having is that I want to copy just the movie with out the other stuff. But when I go to reauthor there is only one movie listed. I try copying that one and it turns out to be the one with the actors comments. I know the original dvd is good because I can watch the movie with out the comments. Thanks for any help you can give me.
Are you only selecting the audio commentary when you reauthor? I also decheck the commentary and you might be dechecking everything else except the commentary. Deselect all foreign audio and all subtitles (unless you want these items) this will save you alot of space for better quality and less compression. Leave the dolby 5.1 audio checked and deselect all others. You can also experiment by using a RW disk.
