Anyone help?

    I HAD 2 xboxs...I did a soft-mod on my 1.1 xbox...put in a new HD....I threw away the stock drive...well now im stuck with just my modded xbox...i have a live account and wanna play online...so how can i do this? From what i found out i need a 8 gig HD with a new eeprom...can someone help me out?

    If you weren't banned then you don't need a new eeprom. You just need to remove the softmod or buy another hard drive and use a program like xboxhdm to create a good as new xbox hdd.

    You don't need a mod chip but you need to be able to ftp into your xbox.

    one final Q...it came with a western Digital 8gig HD...it was a 1.1 ver xbox...can I use the seagate 10 or 8 gig...instead of another WD?
