I need some serious help here guys. I'm trying to convert my widescreen DVD's that are 2.35:1 or 1.85:1. I ripp the whole VOB file using another program. I then convert them with Videora Ipod converter and they are a compressed 4:3 file. I want to view the widescreen version on the iPod with the black bars on the top and the bottom of the screen. After I convert them everyone on the movie looks taller. Instead of a circle being completely round, it's an oval shape. Any suggestions on how I can accomplish this?

Or if possible crop the widescreen movie in Videora but I dont know how many pixels to crop it by.

Rich44, pq dvd to ipod video converter supports adjusting the resolution to 320*240, 320*180, etc.
Might as well download it to try out from http://www.goripper.com/download/pqdvd_ipod.rn.exe
Lethal's guide introduced the converting steps. In fact, it is easy to use.

Yeah, have a look at the guide. If you have any specific questions on it, post them in the corresponding thread :)
