I started using DVD+RW's to burn copies of videos I create. I use the +RW for it's "rewritable" capabilities and then view and re-edit before burning final copies on a DVD-R. However, I can no longer copy to the RW disk. It seems to be finalized - is it possible to finalize a RW disk making it un - rewritable?

What program are you using when you try to erase it?

Have you tried DVD Decrypter to erase the disc?

Thank you for your reply. I'm using Sonic Record Now to try and erase the disks and it happens with every video I create on DVD+RW's with Pinnacle Studio software. The software seems to finalize the disk.

I have not yet tried DVD Decrypter but will do so.
