    Heya...

I have copied a number of my dvd's using MagicISO to make a plain backup image, obviously these images are between 6-8 gigs big.

Now I want to backup them up onto DVDR's. I have tried using daemon tools to mount the image and then use programs like Clone DVD and DVD shrink etc. But always get errors reading DVD image. I have even used MagicISO to extract the files and unable to get the above program to read them without errors.

    Any ideas?

So even MagicISO cannot read what it made? Maybe you can try IsoBuster.

MagicISO can read it and extract it... just no other program can use the data. Extracted info i get error msgs saying can't read information or failed to get info. Most of them don't even play off the images..

So what are the contents after extraction (e.g. video_ts folders)?

try using vcd gear to correct any mpeg problem the iso may encounter<<<extract and run the program, mount the file as usual then open up the file with vcdgear, its pretty self-explanattory...get at me with any questions, let me know if it works for u
