Hi All, I have just purchased serial number for Nero 7 and have installed software from Nero.com. When I start it I get a message detected unlicensed usage and I can put my serial number in a box but when I do it says this number already installed and cannot be entered twice have contacted nero but nothing from them yet. I think the problem may be due to an illegal copy of Nero was on this PC when I bought it. Any help would be appreciated. Regards Baz
have you tried using Nero's Clean Tools? http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/enu/Clean_Tools.html also I wouldn't think that would matter, if you've got a legit serial it should work. I would stay on Nero ... email the crap out of em.
