Hello Everyone, I installed Nero 7 Premium and have used the Burning Rom program a total of two times. Then, when I start Burning Rom the third time I get this error message: "nero.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I read that there's a patch floating around here from Nere which addresses this problem. Does anyone have it or knows a workaround to this problem. Thanks a lot. Cade69
Could I get your NEro log? It should be in Programfiles\Ahead\Nero\nerohistory. If you don't know how to find it you can just search 'nerohistory'. I will just need the ver last section. The sections are separated by this thing: ====== *** NeroAPI, History File *** ====== And remember to edit out your serial number which usually start w/ 1A2, it will be the first series of numbers at the top of each log.
