Do I need to buy a DVD burner to get an ISO file onto a DVD-R?

if so, how much money would the cheapest dvd burner that works cost?

    Cheap,quality drive,nero oem,and booktyping capability!

Forget about the price being cheap. The main thing is quality. Quality drive and quality media will save you a lot of headaches. There's lots of crappy burners out there that cost more than the nec or benq.Other quality drives are Plextor/Lite-on/LG/and pioneer.Newegg has all those writers there so you can check up on them.
