my cd-rom will not read, play or burn any type of disk, it was working not to long ago then i didn't use my computor for a while and now it doesn't work, it says its working fine, its hooked up fine inside the comp, but i really need help because i need microsoft word for my homework for school and i cant install it unless i can get my cd-rom fixed......unless someone knows where i can download it....aaaaah i really need help
you might need a new one? If you have another CD drive in another computer put that one in for now and install your MS word... thats if you can?..
