How to breakup a Huge MPEG file to .VOBs?

I copied one of my protected VHS tapes thru my video capture card but it's in one big MPEG file. Is there any way to break this up into vobs, like an movie DVD? Any suggestions would be greatly appreicated. Thanks

 

Any DVD Authoring program should be able to do it for you. If you have Nero, try NeroVision. Otherwise there's a bunch of programs available.
