I don't really know what action replay is but what can i do with just the action replay memory card thing and disc and do i need anything to use it
An action replay is a device that allows you to plug in a memory card to the adapter then plug it into your pc. From there you can put a gamesave that you downloaded or have on your memory card. Then you can bring the memory card to your xbox and copy the gamesave to your xbox's hard drive. Or you can transfer gamesaves from your xbox to pc. You don't really need anything else to use an AR.
What do you mean "do" cheats. You can download and use other peoples gamesavaes or use softmod installer gamesaves.
