archos av420

Hello i just purchased the archos av420 and i cannot record tv shows with it. I have tried a couple things but none work. Can you please help me.

 

did you make sure you plugged the Av IN cable instead of the Av out?

describe step by step how you set it up, and more precisely what happens when you try to record. meanwhile try recording from other sources (dvd player, vcr...).

 

First i plugged the AV IN into the tv out. then i plugged the charger into the cradle and plugged in that other thing. then i went to video recorder. I can only get sound but no vision. It says no input signal.

 

update your firmware then try it again
