Topic subscription off by default?? Any way?

    I did some searching (about 20 mins worth!) and couldn't find the answer to this. I am sure it has been discussed before.

    Is there anyway to turn topic e-mail notification off by default. It is very annoying to have to uncheck a box EVERY time I post. I can't be alone in this, that I know.

    Any idea's, could this be added to the account CP easily enough?
