This is the first time that this happens so i don't know what to do?!

While i was ripping a movie an error occured. It said something like: "Error occured at VTS_05.BUP , Retry/Abort/Ignore.... " or something like that. I've chosen retry 5-6 times but again the same. But when i ignore the file and complete the ripping i can't burn the movie as it asks for the missing VTS_05.BUP file.......A file that is only 85 KB, yet it prevents the whole procedure.

Can i make something useful to burn the movie? I can't believe a 85 KB damn file-error can prevent me from doing this:)

That 85kb file could be the copy protection doing its job. What is the movie? DVD Decrypter is no longer being upgraded and can't handle the encryption of newer movies, especially Sony movies. DVDFab Decrypter is a decent supplement but you will still need DVD Decrypter for your burn.

Could be a scratch on the disk. I get this error about 25% of the time however I use a 2nd drive and the error goes away. Im assuming on my part that one of my drives is slightly out of alignment. But at todays prices a 2nd drive is well worth it.
