    I would be surprise if any noob actually read the forum rules. I admit it that I didn't read it until I was a month into being a memeber. They do really need to read it to avoid any issues.

    It would be good if the site had the rules posted before you sign sign up and check a box saying they read them. That way if they do somthing agaisnt the rules they couldnt say they didnt see them or read them.
