Ok, I have a video that is pretty much a DVD that was "recorded" straight onto an avi. The problem is the video has lost its chapters, and on top of that, it wont run on windows media player, but will work on vlc player. I am looking for a program that could create chapters on the video, and also convert it so it will work on windows media player, or burn to be played on a DVD player.
Something like Nero Vision will make it into a DVD. You can add your own chapter points and such and it will create a menu.
