hey guys, i am having problems with burning dvds on my burner. i would use dvd decrypter, shrink, and nero to burn my dvds, but after burning to about 45%, it would give me an error message and the dvd r would pop out of my burner leaving the burning process to be unfinished. i use the top quality dvd rs such as sony, tdk, and such and it would still do the same thing. my speed of burning is at average. i dont know what's going on because this used to not happen at all but recently i just could not get it to burn. is there anyone out there that can help me with this problem. if you could i would appreciate it very much.

An easy way to check for firmware updates for your burner is to open up Decrypter>Click Tools>Drive>Check for firmware updates....

It will tell you what your current version is when it opens your browser to the firmaware index page.

It's wise to reboot your PC after any kind of install or uninstall. Helps things to settle in.

i tried restarting the computer and after getting to about 47% of the burning process, the error message came out and stated that there was an internal failure. you guys know anything about what i could do to get this problem fixed?

let's have LAST section of your Nero log which lives in c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log but DO NOT post your serial number which usually begins with '1A21' or similar.

You can differentiate sections via this section divider "====== *** Nero-Burning Rom, History File *** ======"

that's only part of the log...but, already from what i can see there...ur burning WAYYYYYYYYY too fast~ :) 16x for burns on a pioneer is NOT good, i have the dvr-109...while i do burn fast sometimes, from my experience with pioneers, they have the ability to burn faster than many other drives; however, the quality at those speeds are not very good...

also, what kind of media are you using for your burns? brand and rated speed would be good to help u further...
